Hydro Benchtop

Compact and versatile Aquafog® Hydro atomizing fans can handle a variety of indoor/outdoor humidification or evaporative cooling applications. The nozzle-free fans can atomize ordinary water supplies into a very fine mist-like-fog. Utilizing high-speed centrifugal force and air flow, these units can propel a misty-fog stream up to 20 feet away. Unlike other fog systems, all Aquafog foggers can accept ordinary water supplies, even well or pond water without the risk of clogging. The secret is in the nozzle-free, self-flushing atomization system that forces liquids through passageways in the fan blades, atomizing as the liquid exits the blades. In addition Aquafog do not require high-pressure lines. Ordinary pressurized water lines are more than enough, and units can even be gravity-fed or connected to low pressure supplies like reverse osmoses (RO) systems.. By eliminating specialized pumps and filtering equipment, Aquafog saves time and reduces costs. The unique atomization process combined with the fan's forced circulation provides a quality fog with great distribution.

Engineered to withstand humid conditions as high as 100% relative humidity. Units are constructed of impenetrable components like Nema 4 boxes and connections, all 304 stainless steel hardware, UV stabilized polyethylene housing and precision, high strength injection molded polypropylene components.

Features

  • 3 gallon per hour fogging capability
  • Consumes extremely low amounts of energy, 1.8 amps or less @ 115V
  • Adjustable angle fogging head

Large 18 gallon tank contains a powerful, submersible pump which recirculates all drainage and supplies a substantial stream of liquid to the fan’s atomizing head.

  • Four position pivoting fogging head.
  • Impressive 32 gph fogging capability.
  • Equipped with water hose connector and automatic-fill float assembly for continuous duty operation.
  • Liquid chemicals can be added to large recirculation tank for occasional chemical treatments.

Unlike other fog systems, TurboXE Foggers can accept ordinary water supplies, even well or pond water without the risk of clogging. The secret is in the nozzle-free, self-flushing atomization system that forces liquids through passageways in the fan blades, atomizing as the liquid exits the blades. In addition, TurboXEs do not require high-pressure lines. Ordinary pressurized water lines are more than enough. By eliminating specialized pumps and filtering equipment, Aquafog saves time and reduces costs. The unique atomization process combined with the fan’s forced circulation provides high quality fog and uniform fog distribution.
The powerful HRSM is engineered to withstand humid conditions as high as 100% RH and above, and corrosive environments containing salts, lime, ammonia and other acidic compounds. Units are constructed of impenetrable components like Nema 4 connections, all 304 SST hardware, UV stabilized polyethylene plastics, PVC dip-coated steel, and sulfuric anodized aluminum. HRSMs are also standard-equipped with a Baldor wash-down-duty motor that is specifically designed for wet, corrosive environments.

XE-ORSM-1000

Industrial, Municipal Odor Control
and related applications

Ultra-fine atomization and powerful circulation for complete dispersion of liquid chemicals. Mobile ORSM™ floor units feature a pivoting fogging head, allowing you to easily direct the product right where you need it. Units have enormous capability to atomize liquid additives into a vapor mix with very powerful air-flow. Odor neutralizing chemicals or other liquid additives that need to be fumigated for large indoor/outdoor applications is the job for ORSM™. The compact design features an 18 gallon tank; ideal for demonstrations and short-term jobs. ORSM also features connections ports for permanent installations. For continuous duty operation, ORSM can be directly connected to a metering pump that would supply a precise amount of concentrated chemical to the unit. This concentrate would enter the main plumbing supply line at the back of the ORSM and would get mixed together with a never ending supply of fresh water controlled by a flow control valve. The chemical mixture is then directed to the powerful fogging head for atomization and dispersion

ORSM Description
Combining the proven TurboXE Fan with a mobile recirculation tank, ORSM’s compact design is ideal for demonstrations and short-term jobs, but also features connections for more permanent installation.

Turbo XE FAN
XE-2000

Industrial hanging fine-mist humidifier/ cooler/fogger

Our largest and most popular of the Turbo XE fogging fans, the XE-2000 (1HP, 60Hz) provides the best quality of fog and can propel its fog up to 35 feet. It has a maximum dry fog output of 30 GPH, but is fully adjustable even down to the lowest fogging levels. Generally, the XE-2000 is used for all large applications. Choose the 1/2 HP or or smaller units only if the XE-2000’s airflow would be too strong or if a quieter unit is desired. If you are not sure which TurboXE model is right for your application use our online sizing calculator to get the best match.
